An efficient Wilesco D 22 steam engine with twin cylinders and self starting operation with transmission. A technically complete model which is impressive with its decorative silver/black finish. Brass boiler, highly polished and nickel plated, diameter 2.6 in, length 6.5 in, boiler capacity 30.5 in, sight glass as water level indicator, water draining valve, spring loaded safety valve, steam whistle with chain, pressure gauge, hand wheel, steam shut off valve, boiler housing in black, 2 footbridges with gallery rail and 2 ladders. The unit is situated on a raised metal base with two double action fixed brass cylinders, steam jet oilers, flywheel diameter 3.1 in, with large drive plate, forward and reverse movement, collecting tray for condensed water, fixed transmission with several drive wheels. Silver colored metal base 11.4 in x 13.8 in, height including smoke stack 12.6 in. Weight: 5 lbs. 10oz. New Steam Exhaust! The steam is exhausted through the stack to make it look realistic.
