Over the years Lima has become a world leader in the production of railway models in H0 scale (1:87), N scale (1:160) and 00 scale (1:76).

Today the Lima brand is kept alive by the Hornby group through Lima Expert, a line of products that for processing, technology, engineering and difficulty in use, intended for an adult audience. Lima Toys and Lima Hobby Line, are lines instead dedicated to new recruits entering the world of railway model making.
